D: Painting Works

• Supply labour & materials to paint all interior walls & ceiling with NIPPON Vinilex 5000 paint (4+1 colors).

E: Plumbing Works (Non-concealed cold water points only)

• Supply labour to run new inlet/outlet piping for 1 kitchen sink & 1 washing machine.

Supply labour only to install:
