B: Masonry Works

• Supply labour & materials to lay 60cm x 60cm polished homogeneous tiles c/w matching tiles skirting for 2/3 bedrooms.
• Supply labour & materials to construct 1 set H2” thick kitchen cabinet base c/w tiles skirting.
• Supply labour & materials to construct 1 set H2” thick fridge base c/w tiles finishing.
• Supply labour & materials to construct 1 set H2” thick washing machine base c/w tiles finishing.
• Supply labour & materials to construct 1 no. shower kerb for each bathroom.

C: Carpentry Works (Laminates @$55 each)

Design & fabricate L20ft kitchen cabinets c/w:

• Laminated finish, white internal PVC & ABS Trimming on doors / drawer heads.
• Soft closing door hinges.
• 1 vertical row of drawers using drawer runner with ball bearing system.
• 1 no. Frosted glass c/w wooden frame & 1 set of basic hydraulic pump.
• 1 set of acrylic cutlery tray.

D: Painting Works

• Supply labour & materials to paint all interior walls & ceiling with NIPPON Vinilex 5000 paint (4+1 colours).

E: Plumbing Works (Non-concealed cold water points only)

• Supply labour to run new inlet/outlet piping for 1 kitchen sink & 1 washing machine.

Supply labour only to install:

E: Miscellaneous Works

• Provide floor protection using corrugated cardboard prior to commencement of renovation works.
