MASONRY WORKS
- Supply material and labour to construct 50mm thick concrete base with matching HDB tiles at exposed area for kitchen cabinet.
2. Supply material and labour to construct 50mm thick concrete base with matching HDB tiles for refrigerator.
3. Supply material and labour to construct 50mm thick concrete base with matching HDB tiles for washing machine.
PLUMBING WORKS
- Supply labour to install PVC drainage pipe for kitchen sink.
2. Supply labour to install kitchen sink, tap & water piping.
3. Supply labour to install 2 toilet’s instant water heater or 1 tank water heater.
4. Supply labour to install 2 toilet accessories. (Exclude rain shower set)
ELECTRICAL WORKS
- Supply material and labour to install normal ceiling light & doorbell using existing points for the whole premises.
2. Supply material and labour to connect instant water heater & cooker hood.
PAINTING WORKS
- Supply material and labour to paint whole premises wall and ceiling using Nippon or ICI emulsion paint.
CARPENTRY WORKS
- Supply material and labour to fabricate & install 20ft top and bottom kitchen cabinet using solid plywood with internal colour PVC & external laminated finish.
2. Supply material and labour to install:
a) L 10ft solid surface kitchen top.
b) Blum soft closing hinges for all doors.
c) ABS trimming for all doors.
d) 1 set stainless steel dish drainer.
e) 1 no. PVC cutlery tray.
MISCELLANEOUS WORKS
- Provide and lay corrugated paper for floor protection before work.
2. Provide general & chemical washing upon work completion.
