Carpentry Works

• Design and fabricate 20ft laminated kitchen cabinet with ABS trimming.
• Come with casement doors, soft closing, BLUM Aventos lift up aluminum frame with frosted glass panel.
• 1 x set of stainless steel dish drainer and cutlery tray.
• Supply and install 10ft solid surface table top.

Bathroom Works

• Supply and install aluminum slide & swing door for 2 bathrooms.

Masonry Works

• Construct kitchen cabinet base with tiles skirting.
• Washing machine base with tiles finish.
• Fridge base with tiles finish.
• Supply and lay waterproofing membrane for kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
• Supply and lay 1ft x 2ft wall tiles for kitchen and 2 bathrooms (full height).
• Supply homogenous floor tiles for kitchen.
• Supply non-slip homogenous floor tiles for 2 bathrooms.
• Replace stainless steel rubbish chute hopper.
• Construct sink support with tiles finish using 63mm hollow blocks.

Hacking and Dismantling Works

• Hack flooring for kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
• Hack wall tiles for kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
• Dismantle kitchen cabinet, sink and stove support.
• Dismantle existing toilet bowl for 2 bathrooms.
• Dismantle existing wash basin for 2 bathrooms.
• Dismantle door and frame for 2 bathrooms.

Plumbing Works

• Replace stainless steel piping for whole house (cold point).
• To lay inlet & outlet pipe for sink and washing machine.
• Supply labour to install toilet bowls for 2 bathrooms.
• Supply labour to install wash basin and tap for 2 bathrooms.
• Supply labour to install 2 x units of instant heater.
• Supply labour to install bathroom accessories for 2 bathrooms.
• Supply labour to install stainless steel sink tap and kitchen sink.

Painting Works

• Painting of whole house internal walls and ceiling with Nippon V5000 paint.
• Painting of pipes, doors, door frames and gates with Nippon gloss paint.

General Works

• Provide floor and plastic sheet protection.
• Clearing of debris, bringing up site material.
• Chemical washing upon work completion.
